9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

  • The chosen jurisdiction is the district court of João Pessoa/PB, waiving any other, however privileged, to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms.
